This is a simple (I guess) email form which will send you an email with the PHP mail() function. The file itself is heavily commented, and should be pretty self explanatory, but I would recommend having some decent PHP knowledge.

If the email syntax is wrong it will stop the script and tell you so, and if fields are empty, it will do the same.
